Friday

  • 7:00 am Caravan to Trailhead: Meet in Willow Creek (Weaverville 8am)
  • 10:00 am Hit the trail ~4 mile hike to base camp. Tentative arrival at high alpine lake 1:00 pm
  • 1:00 pm Lunch at base camp
  • 2:00 pm Set up camp, swim, soak up the sun relax and enjoy!
  • 5:00 pm Rejuvenation yoga session
  • 6:30 pm Dinner
  • 8:00 pm Breath & Meditation Practice

Saturday

  • 6:00 am Coffee and tea
  • 7:00 am Rise & Shine yoga
  • 8:00 am Breakfast
  • 10:00 am Day hike to high alpine lake
  • 12:00 pm Vinyasa yoga session
  • 1:00 pm Lunch at lake
  • 2:00 pm Return to base camp, relaxation and personal time
  • 5:00 pm Flow/Rejuvenation yoga session
  • 6.30 pm Dinner
  • 8:00 pm Meditation
  • 9:00 pm Dessert

Sunday

  • 6:00 am Coffee and tea
  • 7:00 am Morning Flow
  • 8:00 am Breakfast
  • 9:00 am Pack out and hit the trail
  • 1:00 pm Arrive at trailhead say our good byes

*** Summer in Trinity County is wildfire season.  In the event of a wildfire or weather forecast that has wildfire conditions this event will be held on the coast of Humboldt or Del Norte County***
