Friday
- 9:00am Arrive at Black Sands Beach parking area and go over gear and backcountry etiquette/safety prepare packs.
- 10:00 am Hit the trail! ~5 miles until base camp
- Lunch enroute
- ~3:00 pm Arrive at base camp. Set up camp snacks served
- 5:00 pm Yoga and Meditation session
- 7:00 pm Dinner
- 8:00pm Star gazing, quite time
Saturday
- 6:00 am Coffee & Tea served
- 7:00 am Yoga Flow
- 8:00 am Breakfast
- 9:00 pm Personal time to relax, meditate, explore near by
- 12:00 pm Lunch
- 1:00 pm Guided nature walk including yoga and meditation session
- 7:00 pm Dinner & Desert!
- 8:00 pm Special Evening Meditation
Sunday
- 6:00 am Coffee & Tea served
- 7:00 am Yoga & Meditation
- 8:00 am Breakfast
- 9:00 am Personal time and pack up camp
- 11:00 am Hit the trail!
- Snacks en route
- ~3:00 pm Arrive Black Sands Beach parking lot, snacks served say our goodbyes!
